    Delivery typically occurs within a 2-4 week timeframe.
  • How do I track my order?
    To track your order, please watch for an email containing your tracking ID. This email will be sent to you once your order is processed and shipped

    Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1999/-. For orders under Rs. 1999/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99/- applies.

    We use a third party shipper, i.e. Delhivery.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    We offer SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY within 5-7 days of receiving your order. This enhanced window allows for a more relaxed and convenient exchange process. Hygiene products like swimwear are not eligible for exchange for hygienic reasons. Exchanged items must meet the following conditions: Unused, unaltered, and unwashed. Returned with original packaging and tags intact. Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Shoes must be tried on at home or on a carpeted surface to maintain hygiene. To initiate the same, kindly email us at thebabybug8@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7005874453. It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.     Unfortunately, at this time we only offer refunds for out of stock items.

    Unfortunately, at this time we only accept returns only for wrong/defective items. If you have received a wrong/defective item, kindly email us at thebabybug8@gmail.com or WhatsApp us as at 7005874453 within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Send pictures (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged) of the products received along with packaging. It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.
