What is your policy for exchanging items?We provide a SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY within 5-7 days of receiving your order, offering a relaxed and convenient process. Hygiene products like swimwear are not eligible for exchange due to hygienic reasons. Exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shoes should be tried on at home or on a carpeted surface to maintain hygiene.
